We Believe
That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, sinless life filled with miracles, and his atoning death and resurrection.
Salvation by grace though faith in Jesus Christ alone.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit which includes: the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as an experience distinct from regeneration; His indwelling, by which the Christian is enabled to live a godly life; His supernatural gifting and empowering of the Church for its work, life and worship.
The prime agency for the work of God’s Kingdom is the Christian local church functioning under the sovereignty of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In the return of Jesus Christ, to consummate His Kingdom, in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Story
Dave and Liesl served in churches faithfully for over 15 years in various ministries and knew that God was calling them to something special when they moved to Botswana. Birthed out of miraculous, street evangelism and worship nights in their own home, gatherings affectionately became known as, ‘lounge church’. The question arose from dear friends and apostolic oversight from 247 church, ‘What are you building?’ Sediba Life Church – Warriors of Love, was established in obedience to the call of God to build His church and advance His Kingdom in the nation of Botswana and continent of Africa. Today the church is a growing, multi-cultural and dynamic family! ‘Sediba’ means ‘well’ in Setswana and the church is a place of life giving water serving its community in love
